These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using the Maritime Innovation & Business Council (MIBCo.) group and any future online or live platforms.
1. Membership
By joining MIBC, you agree to:
- Use your real identity
- Follow group rules and community standards
- Share only content relevant to maritime business, innovation, and education
We may remove anyone who does not follow these terms.
2. Purpose of the Group
MIBC is created to:
- Connect maritime professionals
- Support trusted networking
- Share knowledge and ideas
- Build a future live council for collaboration
The group is not for personal promotion, unrelated advertising, or recruitment spam.
3. Content You Share
When you post content in the group:
- You remain the owner of your content
- You allow MIBCo. to display it within the group
- You confirm the content is accurate and does not violate copyright
We may remove posts that are inappropriate or misleading.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Harass or insult members
- Share false information
- Upload harmful links or files
- Sell products or push promotions without admin approval
Respect and professionalism are required at all times.
5. Liability
MIBC is a community platform. We are not responsible for:
- Deals or partnerships made between members
- Accuracy of member posts
- Financial decisions made using shared information
Members must use their own judgment.
6. Ending Membership
You may leave at any time.
We may also remove members who break the rules or disrupt the group.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms when needed.
Important updates will be shared with members.
